Bogota has longest buses in the world


Colombia news - Transmilenio

Bogota's public transit system Transmilenio Thursday introduced five new buses that are the longest worldwide.

The red buses have a capacity of 260 passengers. The authorities hope to reduce the congestion of the city in this way, local media reported.

The 40-tons buses are equipped with the latest technology (fuel efficiency) and safety of passengers.

The new means of transport run from the Portal of the Autopista Norte to Flores Virrey.

im glad of this progress of one of the most beatiful cities in Latin america.... and besides the weather is really nice... and people is really warm as well.... its worth it to travel there!!!.... Bogota Rules... its a magic city
