Colombian bombshell Sara Corrales has fallen in love with actor Robinson Diaz, she told W Radio Thursday, days after the news broke that Diaz' wife had caught the actor and the bombshell doing the you-know-what.
The little love-fest that Corrales had with Diaz meant the end of the relationship between the actor and Adriana Arango (not the TV-host who was recently convicted for having run a pyramid scheme).
The Medellin beauty never meant to break up the couple, she told the radio station, but could not resist her feelings for the actor with whom she now plays in the soap opera Vecinos (Neighbors).
"I admit that I fell in love with Robinson Diaz, nothing more, nothing less. It began as a friendship when we started recording Vecinos. We became very good friends, started going out and from there sentiments started growing," she admitted.
According to Corrales, she, Diaz and his wife had a deal that the romance between her and the man she is now in love with would not be made public. A deal that she says was breached by Diaz' wife.
"I did not want to talk about it, because I wanted to keep my word, but seeing how I was being attacked I decided to give my version," she explained on the national radio station.
After breaking out in tears, she apologized to the listeners of the radio news for her actions and admitted to having made a mistake.
"If it's about paying dues, I am paying mine. I accept my mistake and I ask forgiveness from the people who were affected by the feelings I had. I am not a Machiavellian person. This situation is very painful for me and for my family," the actress said, adding that she had never before slept with a married man.
